Tenzin Jigme is a fully ordained monk living in Lerab Ling (Rigpa’s centre in southern France). He is a student of Sogyal Rinpoche and completed a formal Three-year retreat under his guidance. Jigme has been instructing in Rigpa since 1999. Hie is currently taking care of retreatants coming for short stays, group meditation retreats and other public events at Lerab Ling. Jigme continues his Buddhist training by receiving teachings and accomplishing retreats. His experience as attendant to lamas has given him a practical approach to this profound spiritual tradition. Through his activity as a monk, he has received a full traditional training on how to take care of the dying and those with disease.
